Display preferences deep dive

Choose Fahrenheit or Celsius defaults, stat card ordering, and per-feed visibility on the signed-in home experience.

Signed-in display preferences control which home panels appear, whether readings use Celsius, and which outdoor city backs weather context. They store on the account so every browser you use sees the same defaults.

What you can change

  • Show probe panels on the public home when signed in.
  • Show weather next to indoor readings for outdoor context.
  • Prefer Celsius for charts and cards.
  • Theme light, dark, or system.

Where to edit

Open Dashboard → Settings. Changes apply on the next home load. Probe key labels and feed URLs live under Devices instead: see configuring temperature feeds.
